Severe storms

i seem to pick the right time to head to cornwall didn't i

woke up this morning to gale force winds and the sound of it echoing around, with brances etc flying in all directions..

welcome to cornwall i reckon!

The news report they had on at lunch time said winds of almost 80 mph were expected, and they're here now, it's near impossible to walk outside without being blown in another direction, streets are flooded, trees are down all over the place, and all the daffodils are ruined.. :O(

it's so eerie with the wind howling outside too

work was good, seem like a great bunch of people to work with, though seems they're all related in some way or have been here for years and years, which is a little odd.. but they're just so friendly and laid back, they remind me of aussies!
