Bank Holiday Monday

Well like a good little trooper i headed off to work this morning...

had no idea the bus timetable, and ended up ariving at work 15mins late... oops..

anyways first up was a talk on how to use a hoist... (excitment i hear you all scream!) and it was... never had so much fun in my life...

it was hilarious listening to everyones questions though... i know they say you cant ask a dumb question... but some people asked the dumbest ones, and it was obvious they'd been dozing the entire time... and they went on and on and on..
then came to practice time...
and what do you know the one we have to practice with... doesn't actually work!
so yeah that was fun...

the boss's hair was freaky again... i so want to take a picture... i cant look at her and not laugh!

next up was a lecture on all the different contrast media available these days...
the pictures were pretty...

but i have to say... the best and most embarrasing part, was me actually falling asleep... (so i didn't get all that much sleep this weekend!)
so yeah pretty much slept my way through that one, much to the amusement of the others!

then came the fun part.... the company doing the talk provided lunch...

we were all thinking soggy canteen sandwiches and were surprised when they brought in a vast array of sandwiches, wraps, baggettes, not to mention, a plate of cakes, and fruit... and juice... yum!

after lunch and copious amounts of chocolates... we were pulled in to the dental room, in small groups of 4, to practice and learn how to dental xrays... cause we're crap at them!

of course we get evil boss in on ours! hahaha

then after that we sat around playing on the internet...

found an awesome travel blog site, and read through that... and have got some awesome ideas...

before taking my one and only xray for the day at 1550pm, and getting an early mark of 1 whole hour!

so i technically got paid $350 to take one xray... where i got free food and got to sleep!

so i cant complain too much!


on another note.... i avoided telling the boss that i'm leaving.... such a wimp i am! so i'll give the agency a call tomorrow, and they can let her know! (wimp wimp wimp!)
