why one shouldn't date people from work....

there's always been a heated debate on whether you should or shouldn't date work collegues...


after an interesting encounter today... or should i say discovery... romance can be risky business!


when you think about it, it's understandable that we often find ourselves with people we work with. Most of us spend so much time at work these days, it's not all that uncommon that we grow close to those we work with...

i guess you're probably wondering where i'm going with this...

well over the last week, i've sadly fallen for the delectible stabber, and his charms...
admittedly if you've been reading for awhile you remember we met when he came to cannulate (aka stab, hence his nickname) a patient i was xraying...
and after much flirting and amusing bus trips to and from work... and much mockery (from those i have the pleasure working with!) we finally hooked up so to speak...
he was the first person i told that i was leaving, and maybe that's what started things off...

but i have to say i've fallen hard for him... yeah i was totally obsessed with him after i met, and went totally out of my way just to talk to him! but i never really had the guts to actually do anything about it...

i remember ang telling me just to go for it... but being the wimp that i am, i never followed through with it at all...

it's funny... i've got 6 days left up here, and we've pretty much become inseperable... i fell like everythings been put on fast-forward and you know we'll be married by the end of the week! (hahaha as if... unless a quick trip to Las Vagas is on the cards!)

found ourselves in a few compromising positions, many times this week... much to the amusement of others or shock to one in particular.. (which i'm so not sorry for!!...)

seems one of us is always in the others area! haha... had many hand delivered xray cards! and of course all had to be discuss in great detail!, stolen kisses at random moments...

it's been a week... and i'm really not one to become so attached so quickly and it's scaring me...
i always get annoyed with those that go on and one about new loves etc... yet here i am in this totally bizzare situation.. (that a week ago... i would ahve laughed if anyone had even suggested it..)

haven't really talked about the future, he moves while i'm away traveling, and i'm still undecided where i'll go after my travels... do i head back up here, stay in london, or follow him and try get a job near where he'll be! (or is that too stalkerish!) (who talks about a future a week into a relationship.. if you can even call it that.. mmmmm)

there's always been the rule of 3... anything under and you can walk away unharmed...
any more, and you become emotionally involved...

so got an interesting weekend planned...
